I Can Help You
I am an IT Director with 25+ years of experience. I have built a successful career by focusing on service management, leadership, communication, and personal development.
I have a broad range of skills that I have developed over the years. I was an accomplished programmer, web developer, and SQL administrator early in my career. I began administering Active Directory, servers, and network switches somewhere in the middle. Eventually, I was thrust into the role of manager, where I developed strong service management, information security, and leadership skills.

Experience vs. Certifications
Do you worry that your lack of certifications and degrees is holding you back from a promotion? Don't worry. You are not alone. The industry has trained us to think that way. In most cases, your experience is far more desirable to your employer. I've known many exceptional employees who fret over their lack of certifications and do not understand why they got passed over for a promotion. I can help you understand what your employer wants from you, and I won't just tell you to get a bunch of time-consuming certifications.
